The stuff is not friendly , they try to hassle you to do this repair that repair.if you’re someone who doesn’t know about cars you will get robbed.

We bought a 2025 Toyota Sienna Platinum on Veterans Day, November 11, 2024. What a nightmare we’ve experienced with this dealership—it’s by far the WORST car dealership we’ve encountered, especially when it comes to their finance salespeople and their people from parts department.

After I took my car in without an appointment, they let me know they’d do their best to get it done today but made no promises. About two hours after they dropped me off (at no extra charge), they called with an estimate of cost and time to complete the repair. They called again before the estimated finish time and had someone pick me up so I could get my car.

Very friendly staff. I was having an issue and having a hard time getting help over the phone. I came in here and they resolved everything in minutes. However, I had an appointment at 10 and by 12 they still hadn’t taken my car. I had to go up to the desk twice to get them to take it in so I could make it home in time to pick up my kids.
